I contacted Byond Dental for a second opinion for my daughter. Dr. Christofer Hatzis and his staff were amazing from start to finish. We were impressed by how friendly and warm everyone was, topped off by Dr. Hatzis expertise and care towards my daughter and I. I would highly recommend this practice.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this office! Every member of the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They are always so gentle during cleanings while also being very thorough. Throughout every appointment, they check in to make sure you’re comfortable and take the time to answer any questions without making you feel rushed. I’m happy that I made the switch to Dr. Christofer Hatzis from my previous dentist. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his patients and the quality of their care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that is both skilled and genuinely compassionate!

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Hatzis and the whole team! I came in interested in ICON treatment, and he took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. He was kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I also really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was with the treatment itself. He paid close attention to the details and has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the results. The staff has also been very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. I’m grateful to have found a dental office that takes such a thoughtful, biological-minded approach to care. I look forward to continuing here as my new dental office and would definitely recommend Dr. Hatzis and his team!

Dr. Chris did a much better job than my previous dentist when redoing a filling in a difficult location on the back of a molar. The office is nice, and I appreciate that the staff put on fresh gloves immediately before working on patients rather than touching computers and other surfaces first. That attention to cleanliness matters to me. He has a holistic approach and offers several anesthetic options, including single-tooth anesthesia, numbing agents without epinephrine, as well as traditional Novocain and nerve blocks. He takes the time to listen, doesn’t rush, pays attention to detail, and makes sure things are done properly. He’s very meticulous, and my tooth looks beautiful and feels right now. I’m very pleased with the results and look forward to following up with him. My only significant concern is the plug-in air fresheners in the waiting room. They can trigger adverse reactions such as migraines, nerve pain, and fatigue for fragrance-sensitive people. Considering this is a holistic, health-conscious practice that likely attracts patients seeking to reduce unnecessary chemical exposures, the use of strong artificial fragrances feels out of alignment with that philosophy.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff, dental hygienist, and dentist all made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. What stood out most to me was how educational and transparent they were throughout the entire visit. I’m someone who likes to understand the “why” behind things, and I really appreciated that they didn’t make me feel rushed or brushed off when asking questions.
